Daniel Galvan Viña is a 63 year old Spanish retired man who raped at least 12 children aged 3 to 15 and filmed the abuse between 2005 and 2011, when he was arrested, he was convicted of “pornography and sexual abuse” and sentenced to 30 years in prison by the court of Kenitra in Morocco but pardoned 2 years later by King Mohammed VI. Incomprehensible! Moreover the Moroccan people do not accept this decision and in August 2013, 19K people took the streets to protest in front of the Moroccan Parliament. According to the Moroccan authorities, this pardon would have been requested by the pedo King Juan Carlos and would have been declared at the same time as those of 47 other Spanish convicts. But, as if by chance, the authorities and the Spanish royal palace denied having any link with these pardons. The king, who has never wanted to react to this information, has only made his cabinet speak in a communiqué which explains that he “has not been aware of the seriousness of the abject crimes on the basis of which the person concerned was condemned” and that he “would never have agreed to a pardon allowing the person concerned not to complete his sentence, given the seriousness of the crimes committed”. Unbelievable … In the end the pardon is annulled, but the pedo has already flown from Morocco to Spain. Putting the people to sleep is an art that this kingdom apparently masters to perfection. In order to clear himself of his responsibility, the king had an investigation opened in order “to determine the responsibilities and the points of failure that may have led to this regrettable liberation and to identify the person or persons responsible for this negligence in order to take the necessary sanctions”. As soon as he returns to Spain, Daniel Galvan Viña is back in the news. The parents of a child he raped in 2004, filed a complaint against him. He denies it. The court of Torrevieja, in the region of Alicante, will not follow up this case. Who is he to benefit from this special treatment? Why does a scumbag of his kind manage to slip through the cracks of justice? Quite simply because he was not who he wanted to make believe and that many had an interest in protecting him.
Let’s go back a few years ago. Daniel Galvan Viña is said to be an ex-Iraqi officer in Saddam Hussein’s army, named Salaheddine, born in 1950 in Basra, and who worked in parallel for the Spanish intelligence services. In 1982, he obtained Spanish nationality through marriage and divorce. It is at this time that he decided to change his name. In 1996, as a biology graduate, he obtained a scholarship at the University of Murcia and got a job at the faculty’s international relations department. In 2002, the day before the American intervention in Iraq, he resigned from his job to return to Iraq. He is said to have carried out “risky, dangerous and secret” espionage work and even made a brief stay in Abu Ghraib prison. It should be noted that he is said to have cooperated extensively with several Western Intelligence Services to bring down Saddam Hussein. This rotter seems to be an agent that needs to be protected, which they do by exfiltrating him from Iraq to install him in Spain with a new identity. In 2005, he retired and moved to Kenitra in Morocco where he presents himself as a retired professor from the University of Murcia. Spain does not extradite its nationals, so he should serve his sentence there.
Daniel Galvan Viña evoked this story of a spy for the Spanish secret service during his court hearing. Even if no archives were found on this subject, according to the words of the Spanish Judge, Fernando Andreu, this story would be quite plausible.
