It all starts in October 2012, in Papeete (Tahiti – French Polynesia) when the affair comes to light. At last… locally. In France, not a word will be whispered in the press. Quickly, following the comments under the articles of the local newspapers online, we discover that everyone knew what was going on. The incriminated place: The Ute Ute bar, run by Marc Ramel. The floor, according to the many people who spoke about it, was well known to the locals as housing what they described as “thin parts” or “very minor” minors (in the words of a resident of Papeete) were prostitutes. She is the mistress of a powerful businessman, at the head of several large luxury hotels, Thierry Barbion. Precision, she is also the cousin of the wife of the latter… Her job is simple: recruit girls, drug them with methamphetamine, get them addicted, prostitute them in Marc Ramel’s Ute Ute VIP bar. Thierry Barbion is involved in this traffic but it seems, still today, complicated to understand his exact role within this paedophile network. He is himself a paedophile, having abused young girls brought back by the tramp serving him as mistress. Assuming that he is the one with the fullest address book, it remains very likely that this scumbag was used as a local contact for luxury tourists in order to know “where” to get underage girls.
